</span></u></strong> המדינה לא מגרשת משפחות מחבלים מיו"ש לעזה -- ואילו גירוש מתנחלים מותר, מדוע: השמאל טוענת שגירוש הוא רק כשהאדם נדרש לעבור לאזור מדיני אחר. לכן - אסור לגרש מחבל מיו"ש לעזה - אבל מותר לגרש מתנחל, הרחק מביתו וממשפחתו, בתנאי שמגרשים אותו למעלה אדומים או לבקעת הירדן ולא לעיר בתחום הקו הירוק. תשובתנו: רק איש שמאל יכול לחשוב על הבחנה כל כך לא רלבנטית לענין. גירוש פירושו -הרחקת האדם מביתו, משפחתו, ומקור פרנסתו, לא משנה לאן. (אגב מדוע היה "מותר" לגרש 10,000 תושבי גוש קטיף לתחום הקו הירוק? כי חוקקו לשם כם חוק מיוחד ואז כל השיקולים מתבטלים והכל הופך למותר)
