<p dir="rtl" style="MARGIN: 12pt 0cm 0pt; LINE-HEIGHT: 115%; TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><span lang="HE" style="FONT-SIZE: 14pt; LINE-HEIGHT: 115%; FONT-FAMILY: David">כנציגי ציבור אנו סבורים, שהקלטת החדשה, שהוצגה גם בתקשורת, מחזקת את סימני השאלה המטרידים סביב עצם ההחלטה לפנות את הבית מיושביו-בעליו. נראה כי המתיישבים מצוידים בהוכחות כבדות משקל להוכחת טענותיהם, אך הם מנועים מלהיעזר בהוכחות אלה משום שהדיון מתקיים <u>בבג"צ</u>, (בניגוד למקובל בערכאות נמוכות יותר). רק מסיבה זו, הם עלולים למצוא עצמם מחוץ למבנה שנרכש בממון רב, במהלך כל תקופת הבירור המשפטי, שעלולה להמשך שנים. <b></b></span></p>
