המדינה כבר *מזמן* הודתה בבג"צ שהריסת מאחזים מתבצעת מסיבות מדיניות *ולא* בגלל
בעיה חוקית כלשהי. היינו בשמחה מצרפים לכם את הפרוטוקול של הבג"צ, כדי שתראו
זאת בעצמכם, אבל כידוע - הבג"צ "לא מסכים" שיירשמו פרוטוקולים בדיוניו. עכשיו

Don't believe any newspaper which talks about "illegal" outposts like Maaleh
Rechavam. The State Prosecutor's office admitted LONG AGO to the Bagatz
(High Court of Justice) that the reasons for razing these Yesha homes is
strictly political and has nothing to do with law enforcement. We would have
liked to attach the original Bagatz protocol so you could see this for
yourself -- but the Bagatz does not allow its sessions to be protocolized.
Now you know why.
