*ברגע האחרון -- אסיר ערבי תקף יהודי שהופקר לחסדיו ע"י השב"ס**:* שעורי בית
לפני שעוברים הלאה -  לפנות ערב, אסיר ערבי תקף את בועז אלברט, אסיר ציון שנכלא
בגין מגורים בביתו עם אשתו ו-5 ילדיו (כזכור הצו של האלוף יאיר נווה קבע שזוהי
עבירה עבור 21 מתנחלים כולל בועז). הארוע התרחש מפני ששלטונות הכלא נמנעו -
בניגוד למקובל - להפריד בין בועז לבין האסירים הערבים. אולי היתה זו טעות, אבל
אם אכן, אזי זוהי טעות  תמוהה מאד. ידוע ששירות בתי הסוהר מאד לא אוהבים דעת
קהל שלילית ואם הם מקבלים רק כמה פקסים וטלפונים הם די מהר חוזרים למוטב בדרך
כלל. לפקסס ללשכת נציב השב"ס 089193800 שאתם המומים מזה שהוא לא דאג להפרדה
הנדרשת בין אסיר יהודי מאויים ואסירים ערבים עם עויינות מוכרת היטב לשלטונות.

ואלירן אברהם – שהיכה את עקיבא כשהוא אזוק בתוך משטרת רמת גן

הכנסת  בנושא 21 המגורשים

בזכותכם הגענו ל-4  הישגים מאד משמעותיים:

א. מספר ח"כים התלוננו וקיטרו עליכם, גינו את  זרם הפניות שהם קיבלו ודרשו
בתוקף שתפסיקו לפנות אליהם - סימן טוב מאד!!

ב. "סיכום הדיון"  החל במשפט הנהדר הבא: "הכנסת דורשת מרשויות החוק לקיים
חקירה, והעמדה לדין, של כל אזרח ישראל החשוד בפלילים".

היו גם משפטים פחות מוצלחים ב"סיכום הדיון" אבל העיקר שהמשפט הראשון יצא כל כך
מצויין כאמור רק בזכותכם

ג. כתוצאה ישירה של האוירה שיצרתם -- סיעת הליכוד התעוררה לפתע מתרדמת ארוכה
מאד ושלחה לדיון את היו"ר שלה. יו"ר הסיעה (סער - שסירב בנימוס בעבר להתערב
בנושא אבל בעקשנותכם גברתם עליו, כל הכבוד),  נאם נאום מצויין לטובת העניין

ד. על סיכום הדיון חתם לא סתם קומץ ח"כים מהימין האידאולוגי שהשתלטו על המליאה
אלא *כל* הסיעות הבאות: קדימה, הליכוד,  העבודה, ש"ס, ישראל ביתנו, יהדות התורה,
הגימלאים, האיחוד הלאומי-מפד"ל וכן (בבקשה לא לצחוק) מר"צ

שימו לב שיש כאן 5 סיעות *מהקואליציה*, הישג פוליטי מאד מאד חשוב עבורכם
המפקססים והמטלפונים אז תודה רבה על ההשקעה והתעוזה

Well -- they worked, not well enough to get the 21 men home, but enough for
the following partial achievements

a -- Knesset Members complained that you guys are sending them too many
faxes GOOD -- SEND EVEN MORE

b -- The Knesset debate resulted in a resolution which indicated that
incarcerating these people without trial is inappropriate

c -- the Likud woke up after a long slumber and sent its well-spoken
chairman, G. Saar, to speak on its behalf at the debate

  d -- the above resolution was signed by essentially everyone of
political importance
including those groups in the coalition

*Call/Fax the Prison Service:* One of the 21 was assaulted by an Arab
prisoner today

An Arab prisoner assaulted Boaz Albert, father of 5, now in jail for
visiting his wife and 5 kids without permission from Aluf Yair Naveh
(weird!!).  The Prison Service which always separates such prisoners from
Arab prisoners, either truly forgot or purportedly "forgot" to do so this
time. To encourage them to keep their memories in good working order next
time, kindly fax 08 9193800 or call 0889776800 to ask whether Boaz Albert
has now been separated from contact with the Arab prisoners in "his" jail --
as is the absolutely standard practice in Israeli jails. And also, you would
like to know, how did this glitch happen? How can we be sure this will not
happen again???

Finally -- the two officers who were filmed pushing fingers into the
nostrils of a demonstrator and then beat him while he was handcuffed are on
trial in the Shalom Court in Tel Aviv. Thursday 21.12 9:30 - 12 noon. Shaul
haMelech St., Tel Aviv. For particulars call Orit Struck from Human Rights
in Yesha (a great organization by the way!!) 0524295558. Every person who
comes and sits in the (usually empty) court hall, looking involved and
gravely concerned of course, significantly increases the probability that
bestial offenders of this type will, at long last, be punished as they
deserve. Should you see a reporter hanging around, DO NOT BE BASHFUL, by all
means push your way over and urge him or her to cover the story. Mention
that you have shlepped all the way from home to make sure that justice is
done and you sure would appreciate his/her help in that regard.
