*מצילים את אוריה וחברותיה (בוגרות כתה ט') מחודשים ארוכים בכלא*
דחוף ביותר -- היום השופט אורי בן-דור השליך את אוריה בת ה-15  לכלא ל-4 חודשים
נוספים. הוא לא הרשיע אותה בשום עבירה (ואכן היא לא עברה שום עבירה, היא מואשמת
בכך שהיתה *נוכחת* בהפגנה (בדיוק כמו דנה אולמרט), ובאותה הפגנה היו אנשים *
אחרים* -- לא היא -- ש"התפרעו" כביכול. הפטנט שהשופט מצא הוא, שקבע את תאריך
המשפט שלה לעוד 4 חודשים (אמצע נובמבר). אפילו התובע (שאמור להיות "האיש הרע"
במשפט) הביע תדהמה על המגמתיות של השופט וביקש מאד שהשופט יתן כבר למשפט
להתקיים -- כדי שיהיה אפשר לשחרר את אוריה*.*
*מחר * אותו השופט אמור לחזור על אותו תרגיל עם נערה אחרת, יסכה, גם היא בת
15.  לכן הנכם מתבקשים לשלוח פקס *מיידי *למנהל בית המשפט שבו עובד השופט
בן-דור.  מספר פקס 02-6706572, לרשום "לידי מנהל בית המשפט אישית".

*מדוע כדאי לשלוח את הפקס - מדוע זה עשוי לעזור: *הנסיון מראה, שלהרבה שופטים
יש ארוגנטיות טבעית. פעמים רבות, לא אכפת להם כהוא זה מהציבור - אך מצד שני --
מאד מאד אכפת להם לקבל *כבוד* מהציבור, וכאשר הציבור מביע שאט נפש, זה מפריע
להם כי הם חשים פתאום שהציבור - שומו שמים -- לא מכבד אותם.

(במה היא שונה מבתו של רוה"מ, דנה אולמרט???). בשום פנים ואופן אינני יכול
לרחוש כבוד כלשהו, למערכת משפט אשר מושיבה אדם כזה על כס המשפט. אבקש את
התערבותך המיידית, כדי לשחרר ילדה צעירה מאד מציפורניה של מערכת אטומה ונקמנית,
שמתנכלת לה מסיבות פוליטיות טהורות. תודה רבה על סיועך. (חתימה)*

Remember our ninth grader friend, Oriya? She was charged of being present at
a demonstration at which other people (not her) purportedly behaved in an
unruly manner. Unlike Dana Olmert (daughter of PM Olmert), who did exactly
the same thing, Oriya has been in jail ever since this demonstration. Unlike
Dana Olmert, she is not an adult -- she just graduated 9th grade. What's the
news? Judge Ben-Dor found a way, today, to keep her in jail for four more
months. The method is, to set the date of her trial for 4 long months from
now -- which allows him to keep her in prison until that time. The
prosecutor (who is supposed to be the bad guy -- the judge is supposed to be
neutral...) was flabbergasted and urged the judge to please make the trial
much sooner so Oriyah can get out of jail already. But the judge refused to
allow this.

Worse: A friend of Oriya's who was at the same demonstration, is about to go
through the same procedure tomorrow, with the same judge. Therefore, we ask
that you IMMEDIATELY fax your protest to the courthouse where Judge Ben-Dor
presides. The fax number of the court manager ("menahel") is 02-6706572.
Your fax should say something like: *To the "menahel" (manager) of the
courthouse. It is my understanding that Judge Ben-Dor of this
courthouse sent a ninth grader to jail for four months yesterday, for
demonstrating. This is totally unjust. I am extremely concerned because a
judge who makes irrational decisions cannot command respect from any
reasonable person. I believe that it is your duty to immediately take
whichever steps are necessary to extricate this girl from the bizarre
Kafkaesque situation in which she finds herself in light of this mysterious
ruling on the part of Judge Ben-Dor.  Thank you so much. (signature)*
