*קצב לכלא, ברגותי לחופשי??***

אם הנשיא קצב יפרוש בגלל האישומים נגדו, אזי חברי הכנסת יבחרו נשיא חדש תוך זמן
קצר מאד. המועמדים הם רובי ריבלין, שמעון פרס ואולי אחרים.



עכשיו תקראו את מה שפורסם באותיות קטנות מאד בעיתון "הארץ", בתחילת דצמבר
(תקציר): "*כמה שגרירים ממדינות ארופיות ביקשו, בנפרד וללא תיאום, להיפגש עם
ח"כ רובי ריבלין והפנו שאלה זהה: אם תיבחר לנשיא, כיצד תנהג אם תתבקש לחון את
ברגותי? (ברגותי נידון לכמה מאסרי עולם על חלקו בהנהגת האינתיפאדה). ריבלין אמר
לשגרירים את מה שהם קיוו לשמוע: "אם יחליטו החלטה מדינית שזה האיש שאיתו רוצים
לשאת ולתת, אחתום על החנינה*"."

כדי לפתור בעיה זו, עלינו לפנות בזריזות לכל חברי הכנסת הימניים, והם צריכים
להציב תנאי לריבלין: קולותינו אך ורק תמורת התחייבות כתובה בחתימת ידך, שלא
תשחרר לעולם את הרוצח ברגותי.

כדאי גם לצלצל אישית ללשכות של ראשי  ש"ס (השר אלי ישי - טל. 02-6662254 או פקס
6662909) ו"ישראל ביתנו" (השר אביגדור ליברמן-טל. 02-6408388). מסור שם את אותה
ההודעה. זה חשוב, כי חברי הכנסת של ש"ס ושל "ישראל ביתנו" -- מצביעים כבלוק ולא
כיחידים. אם יגידו לך "תשלח פקס", סרב בנימוס: "אני לא ליד פקס, תרשמי את
ההודעה שלי". אם ירגיעו אותך (כפי שתמיד עושים...): "אל תדאג, רובי ריבלין אמר
כבר שזה לא נכון..." - עמוד על שלך: "חיוני שהשר יקבל מרובי ריבלין התחייבות
פומבית כתובה- שלא יכחיש אח"כ."

If President Katzav resigns due to the nature of the accusations against
him, the Members of the Knesset will be called upon to elect another
President within a very short time. The candidates are Ruby Rivlin, Shimon
Peres and perhaps others.

Now read the following amazing story, tucked away in Haaretz at the
beginning of December:

"*A number of ambassadors from European countries - separately, and not in
coordination with one another - asked to meet Likud MK Reuven Rivlin. All
addressed an identical question to Rivlin: "If you are chosen president, how
will you act if you are asked to pardon Marwan Barghouti?" Rivlin told the
ambassadors what they had been hoping to hear. "If the government and the
justice minister make a diplomatic decision that this is the individual with
whom they want to negotiate, I will not stand in their way. I will sign the
pardon*."

What we need to do is, ask all Knesset Members on the right to refuse to
vote for Rivlin unless he gives a written commitment NOT to release
Barghouti, convicted for taking part in the murder of at least five innocent
people - and possibly many more:
