*ועד רבני יש"ע הודיע כי: *"כל השתתפות חיילינו ישירות ובעקיפין למנוע התיישבות
יהודית בארץ, נוגדת את השקפת תורתנו הקדושה. וכל אדם שאכפת לו מעם ישראל וארץ
ישראל, אל ייתן ידו בכל צורה שהיא לביצוע משימה זו. וכדי לקיים מצוות ריבונו של
עולם וחובת הצבא – הכתוב אומר "בתחבולות תעשה לך מלחמה"."

*משוב לפעילי מטות ערים ב-3 נושאים שונים:***

*משוב א' לפעילי "מטות ערים":  לכל מי שקיבל "שפכטל"* *מאחד מחברי הכנסת*

הרבה אזרחים חרוצים ואכפתניקים התקשרו לחברי הכנסת בנושא חוק סגירת תיקי
ההתנתקות. מספר פעילים נבהלו כשחברי כנסת אמרו להם: "מדוע אתם מתקשרים אלינו,
הרי ברור שאנחנו איתכם, הטלפונים שלכם רק מעצבנים ומזיקים!!" הנה המצב האמיתי
(חלק מן הזבובים על הקיר בכנסת נוהגים לדווח ל"מטות ערים" ואנחנו מודים להם
מאד...):  הח"כים שהשיבו כך הם *בדיוק* הח"כים שזמן קצר לפני מבצע הטלפונים
התכוונו להצביע *נגדנו*. הם שינו את דעתם *אך ורק בגלל שקיבלו טלפונים*.
הח"כים הללו *לא ניזוקו* מן הטלפונים, ההפך, הם התבטאו בקול ואמרו שהם יצביעו
כפי שצריך *רק* מפני שאחרת לדבריהם (לאחר שספגו כמה טלפונים) "הימין יהרוג
אותנו, הם לא יסלחו לנו על זה"... *מסקנה: כל הכבוד למי שצלצל לח"כים
כשצריך. זה עובד וזה נותן תוצאות. *

*משוב ב' לפעילי "מטות ערים": זוכרים את 21 המתנחלים שהורחקו ממשפחותיהם ללא
משפט?*

אחד מהם היה רק בן 19: אלעד קלר. הוריו ביקשו להעביר לפעילים את המסר הבא:
"בשעה שאנו מתארגנים בשבח והודיה לה' יתברך, לחתונה של אלעד בננו,  אנו זוכרים
להודות ולהביע הערכה מעומק הלב לאנשים הטובים שליוו אותנו  בחודשים הארוכים
והקשים עם קבלת "צו ההרחקה". נוכל רק לשער *עד כמה הטלפונים, המכתבים,
האימיילים, הפניות הרשמיות לגופים השונים, לתקשורת וכו' וכו' פעלו את פעולתם
מול מקבלי ההחלטות, אך מעבר לכך -  פעולתכם הייתה עבורנו מקור תמיכה*, מעין
"משפחה" מורחבת שבתוכה  היה אפשר לדבר באותה שפה ולנהל חיזוק כיוון
ודרך. ברגשות תודה והערכה, משפחת קלר, מושב מעון שבאיזור הר חברון."

*משוב ג' לפעילי "מטות ערים":* ממשרד מבקר המדינה (להזכירכם: אם משרד ממשלתי לא
עונה לכם, פנו ombudsman at mevaker.gov.il) "הנדון:   *תלונתכם בעניין משרד
המשפטים. *במשרדי נציבות תלונות הציבור התקבלה תלונתכם על אי זמינותן של מספר
תיבות דואר אלקטרוני שפורסמו באתר האינטרנט של משרד המשפטים – תיבות הדואר של
שר המשפטים, של מנכ"ל המשרד ושל מחלקת ייעוץ וחקיקה. תלונתכם נבדקה ונמצאה
מוצדקת. הנציבות תעיר למנכ"ל משרד המשפטים על הליקוי. תוקנו התקלות, ועל פי
בדיקתנו כיום התיבות זמינות.  תיבת הדואר האלקטרוני של מחלקת ייעוץ וחקיקה היא
YeutzHakika at justice.gov.il, ולא כפי שפורסם בעבר. בכבוד רב, עו"ד תדהר אופיר,

Each of them shows a movie about Gush Katif. Make these movies  accessible
to the thousands of film enthusiasts who visit FLIX daily -- simply by

is just on top of the movie on the left. This is useful because film
enthusiasts are NOT our natural audience -- but we will reach them this way
(if enough people click the "hamletz" button as above...)!

*Feedback from the Knesset*: Thanks to all those who helped promote the
Knesset bill for closing criminal proceedings against Orange demonstrators.
Some of you were "told off" by irate Knesset Members who said they were
going to be "with us" but your phonecalls are antagonizing them. Nonsense.
We checked this out. The very selfsame MKs who made this claim were heard
only moments before the phonecalls started vowing to vote against us.
However, having gotten some phonecalls they realized that -- as they put it
(aloud) "The Right will never forgive us if we vote against this law...". So
-- if YOU made a phonecall --YOU  helped. Thanks so much.

*Feedback from the Shomron*: Remember the 21 banished Jews, separated from
their homes and families without trial or compensation? One of them was only
19 years old at the time: Elad Keller. His parents, who live in a small
settlement called Maon,  wrote to Mattot Arim last week to report that they
are preparing for Elad's wedding, and as they do so, they would like to
thank all the good activists in Israel and abroad who not only helped them
to get Elad back by faithfully making phonecalls and sending faxes, but also
served as their loving extended virtual family, so they felt in their
darkest moments, days and weeks. All of us respond as one: "Mazal Tov, Elad
Keller and parents -  It was our privilege to be able to help you and we are
so, so happy to hear this great news!"

Ministry of Justice:  The Office of the Ombudsman received your complaint
regarding the unavailability of some e-mail boxes published in the Ministry

*MOVIE ABOUT GUSH KATIF IN JERUSALEM, TEL AVIV AND HAIFA: *"Home Game" is a
movie about Gush Katif. As one Congregational Rabbi said after a screening
in his congregation in the United States: "Whether on the political "right"
or "left", all exited the film with a deep sense of empathy, galvanized, and
inspired to do more for the Jewish world in Israel and throughout the
world."
