*HaBima's Kooky Play about Hebron - Vigil tomorrow (Mon.) in TA at 8 PM
sharp!*
HaBima, our national theater, is running a kooky play about Hebron, which
depicts -- of course -- the cruel Israeli soldiers mistreating all those
nice Palestinians in Hebron, none of whom ever shot any Jewish babies in
Hebron, or ever slaughtered any Jews over the GreenLine for that matter. Is
anyone surprised to hear that the foreign media have already picked up on
this very photogenic event which "proves", in such a TV-friendly way, that
the Palestinians are being mistreated? Come to a vigil tomorrow (Monday)
night in Tel Aviv, opposite the Arison Hall which is where the play will be
held. 9 Saadia Gaon Street in Tel-Aviv, 8 PM sharp. Come with your face
masked and a green Hamas flag (or a red, white, black and green Fatah flag).
Or just come with your plain old North Tel-Aviv-style clothes. Call Matteh

*Tell Olmert, Barak and Zippy Livni: Gilad Shalit comes before Palestinians'
welfare!!*
MK Rabbi Yizhak Levi was horrified to hear the government's decision,
today, to provide "humanitarian aid" to the Hamas regime in Gaza
including electricity, water, food and medicine. He has approached the Prime
Minister with the idea that Gilad Shalit's release, which is also a
humanitarian issue, should come before Israel provides any of this
humanitarian aid. This is a very good idea because it is so obvious that
even these three weak ministers can manage to understand it. So, please call
Olmert 02-6705555, Defense Minister Barak  03-6976663 and Foreign Minister
Zippy Livni 02-5303531. Tell them in a firm way, that you heard about MK
Levi's helpful suggestion for securing Shalit's release, and ask what did
they think about it, please, and has  it been implemented already? You can
mention that you think TODAY might be a good time for the minister to get
moving with respect to this suggestion. If you have a son in the army,
mention that too.
