*הדיון המשפטי של האחים חלמיש  Halamish on trial*האחים חלמיש קבלו הודעה, שיש
להם דיון משפטי פתאומי מחר בבוקר בירושלים. להזכירכם מדובר בחברי כיתת כוננות
של אחד היישובים בגוש עציון שקבלו עונש מאסר כי...ירו באוויר.

נושא הדיון: האחים הגישו בקשת חנינה, לשכת שמעון פרס הודיעה שיתנו תשובה תוך
כמה  חודשים. הדיון הוא: האם לדחות את עונש המאסר עד שפרס יתן את החלטתו? או,
האם להתעקש שהאחים ייכנסו לכלא מייד (כדי למנוע מהם את האפשרות שיש לכל מחבל,
לקבל חנינה מנשיא המדינה -כי עד שפרס יסיים את הדיון - שבעת חודשי המאסר של
האחים חלמיש כבר יחלפו).

לא כל דיון משפטי הוא כזה, אבל הדיון המשפטי הספציפי הזה הוא *דיון פוליטי טהור
שתוצאותיו תלויות רק בלחץ ציבורי.*

לכן כל מי שרוצה חג חירות אמיתי -- מתבקש מאד מאד להגיע אישית למשפט. רק לשבת
בקהל.

מחר בבוקר --  יום שישי 11 באפריל  9:30 בבוקר -- בבית המשפט המחוזי ברחוב
צלאח-א-דין בירושלים. לבקש את האולם של השופט משה רביד. *תודה רבה*

נ.ב. לפעמים יש שינוי פתאומי במועד המשפט. לכן, כדאי להתקשר ללימור חלמיש
 0544842307 כדי לוודא שלא חל שינוי.


The Halamish brothers from Gush Etzion were suddenly informed they have
another court session tomorrow morning in Jerusalem. Reminder: they have
been sentenced to jail for...shooting in the air.  This is the type of court
session that is truly political in nature -- the outcome is simply a
question of how much public pressure there is to keep the two out of jail.
So, if at all possible, please COME to this court session. Tomorrow, Friday,
11 April, 9:30 AM, Salah-a-Din Street in Jerusalem, Mechozi (district)
Courthouse, Judge Moshe Ravid's courtroom. Call Limor Halamish tonight or
tomorrow morning,  to make sure there are no last-minute changes: 0544842307
