צביה,בת 18,מאלון מורה, יושבת בכלא חודשיים וחצי ואף אחד לא יודע למה. "מטות
ערים" ביקשה וקיבלה, סוף סוף, עותק מכתב האישום שלה. הנה הפרטים, על-פי הערבים
שהגישו את התלונה, כלומר מה שקרה הוא *לכל היותר* כדלקמן:

המת"ק הוא "מפקדת תיאום וקישור" המטפחת, עדיין, את שיתוף הפעולה בין צה"ל לבין
"כוחות הבטחון" הפלשתיניים (אלה שרצחו לאחרונה 3 ישראלים ב-2 פיגועים). שני
נציגי מת"ק, ערבי ויהודי, ליוו 3 גברים ערבים למטע זיתים שממוקם *בתוך* היישוב
אלון מורה.
כל היישובים היהודיים ביהודה ושומרון גם יחד, הם "כבשת הרש" - התופסים רק 3% מן
השטח - ואילו מספר המתנחלים הוא 15% מתוך כלל האוכלוסיה ביהודה ושומרון, זאת
אומרת אפלייה פי 5 לרעת המתנחלים. הגם באותם 3% מסכנים – צריך לתת לערבים לעבד
קרקעות, על אף העוינות המשתקפת מן העובדה, שסקר בינ"ל מצא ש-70% מן הפלשתינים
תומכים בפיגועי התאבדות? מדוע לא לתת לאותם 3 ערבים קרקע חלופי מחוץ ליישוב?
*3 בנות ש"הסיגו גבול" וגם "הפחידו" 5 גברים חסונים - דינם 2.5 חודשי מאסר
(ועוד היד נטויה...): *
שלוש בנות מאלון מורה, ביניהם צביה, החליטו למחות. האישום הראשון ש"הצדיק את
המאסר הארוך של צביה הוא "הסגת גבול" (עמידה במטע שהינו "בחזקת" 3 הערבים,
אפילו כתב האישום עצמו לא טוען שהמטע הוא "בבעלות" 3 הערבים, אלא "בחזקתם").
צביה וחברותיה הגיעו למטע "כדי להפחיד את המחזיקים בנכס, להעליבם,
להקניטם". שימו לב: 5 גברים חסונים מתלוננים במשטרה ש-3 בנות "מפחידות" אותם,
והמשטרה -- בגיבוי שופטים -- משליכה אחת מהבנות לכלא לחודשיים וחצי. (לשם
השוואה: האם נוהגים לשים בעל אלים ש"מפחיד או מעליב" את אשתו, בכלא, לחודשיים
וחצי? לשעתיים וחצי? לדקה וחצי??)
הבנות דחפו ומשכו את הגברים בידיהם, ולכן נוסף להן אישום פלילי שלישי:
"תקיפה *בנסיבות
מחמירות*" (מחמירות??).
*לערבים מותר לזרוק אבנים חפשי - למתנחלות אסור אפילו לאיים: *
כמו-כן, צביה איימה על אחד מבין ה-3, שאם לא יעזוב את המקום, היא תתקוף אותו
באבנים. לשם השוואה: ממש השבוע, ראש המועצה האזורית שומרון, גרשון מסיקה,
התראיין בגלי צה"ל בדבר תקיפות באבנים שמבצעים ערבים על יהודים עשרות פעמים
מידי יום - והצבא אפילו לא מגיע למקום. בחורה אחת *מדברת על* תקיפת ערבי באבנים
– והיא מושלכת לכלא לחודשיים וחצי (ומי יודע כמה זמן עוד תישאר שם...). עשרות
ערבים מיידים אבנים מדי יום - ואף ערבי לא נכנס לכלא אפילו במשך דקה.

*Tsvia, 18 years old, is still in jail -- and the end is no-where in sight*
* *
*18 year old Tsvia from Elon Moreh has been in an Israeli prison for more
than 2 1/2 months. Her story: 2 IDF reps, one Arab and one Jewish, escorted
3 Arab men into her hometown, Elon Moreh, to harvest olives. 3 girls, among
them Tsvia, were shocked and angered at this disregard of Elon Moreh's
safety: only 3% of Judea and Samaria is reserved for Jewish towns
(although fully 15% of the total Judea/Samaria population is Jewish). So,
why allow the Arab men to harvest olives right in the middle of the Jewish
town, instead of finding them a land alternative outside of the slivers of
land allocated to Yesha's Jews. This was not a racist concern but a safety
concern -- in view of the fact that a recent Pew Research poll found fully
70% of Palestinians supportive of homicide bombings against Jews.*

*Tsvia had no-one to turn to, since the authorities (via the 2 local IDF
reps) were themselve plainly siding with the 3 Arab men. She pushed and
pulled at the 3 Arab men in a vain effort to get them to leave Elon Moreh.
She was charged with trespassing (how does this make sense if the indictment
does not even claim that the land the 3 men were given access to, is
actually theirs?), with "assaulting" (pulling and pushing) the 3
men, with "frightening and insulting" the men, and -- with saying she would
throw stones at them. In contrast, just this week, the Shomron Regional
Council chairman Gershon Mesika told Army Radio that dozens of stoning
incidents per day have been occurring lately, in which Palestinian men and
boys throw rocks and cement blocks at Jewish drivers and their families.
These potentially fatal attacks have NOT resulted in arrests of the
Palestinian Arab perpetrators nor does the State provide an IDF escort to
the Jewish drivers – as opposed to the 2 IDF reps assigned to escort the 3
Arab men. *
