הפרשייה הנסתרת נחשפה *לגמרי במקרה -* על כך אולי נספר בפעם אחרת. מה שחשוב
הוא: לא היתה שום הודעה לתקשורת אודות פגישת המסתורין, מטעם לשכת הגב. בייניש.

כולם המתינו בסבלנות כדי לראות את במקרה בייניש תעשה את המובן מאליו ותפרוש
ממשרתה הרמה לאחר שהעניין נחשף (בידיעות אחרונות, ערוץ 2, ועוד...), אבל... זה
לא קרה. (אם אולמרט לא התפטר אחרי לבנון 2 - אז למה היא כן?)

המעשה של בייניש שם ללעג ולקלס את כל מערכת המשפט בארץ, את כל העקרון של הפרדת
רשויות, והופך אותנו לרפובליקת בננות בחסות מחלקת המדינה. זה באמת בלתי-נסבל.

יש מקום גם שיהדות ארה"ב תדרוש לדעת האם היה זה רעיון של השגריר לזמן את
בייניש, אם כן עליהם לדרוש את הדחתו. אבל זה לפעם אחרת.

כרגע המצב הוא: מרגע שנגמר ביקור בוש - הח"כים של הימין פותחים נושא חדש
ומתחילים קמפיין כדי לאלץ את בייניש לפרוש. המחדל הוא מספיק גדול לשם כך.

A secret meeting between Supreme Court Chief Justice Dorit Beinisch
and...American Ambassador Richard Jones came to light a little while ago

After waiting the traditional decorous interval for Beinisch to resign as
normally happens when this sort of embarrassing story breaks, the Knesset
Members on the right are starting a campaign to dethrone Dorit Beinisch on
the grounds that her behavior has irrevokably damaged the necessary
independence of the Supreme Court in particular and the judicial branch in
general
What we need YOU to do right now is simply URGENTLY RIGHT NOW add talkbacks

to show that the Knesset Members who are working on this have CONSIDERABLE
public backing
