ביום רביעי הזה 29.10 - דיון בבג"צ בעניין בית השלום. פרקליטות המדינה תומכת
בעמדת הערבים, ודורשת להחזיר את הבית שנקנה בממון רב – לידי הערבים שמכרו אותו.

כדי שהמדינה לא תזרוק את ילדי ותינוקות בית השלום לרחוב באמצע הלילה, כפי שעשו

מאד שאנשים יבואו לצפות במשפט. כידוע, בדיון בעניין זכויות למתנחלים - אם האולם
ריק, שופטי בג"צ נוטים לקיים דיון מהיר, לא ענייני, שתכליתו לזרוק את המתנחלים
כמה שיותר מהר מהאולם (ואת ילדיהם, כמה שיותר מהר מהבית). לעומת זאת - אם יש
קהל, שופטי הבג"צ נוטים קצת יותר להיות הגונים אפילו כלפי שנואי נפשם המתנחלים.

they are about to be put into the rocket zone of a new "Palestinian" terror

*BET-HASHALOM: SAVE THE CHILDREN***

Please come to the Bagatz this Wednesday (29 October) to show solidarity for
the many Jewish children and babies in Bet haShalom in Hebron. The State
Attorney's Office is demanding that this building be returned to former Arab
owners even though the Arabs duly sold it to the Jewish families.  It is
important for you to come so that the many toddlers and babies living in Bet
HaShalom are not thown into the street in their pajamas in the middle of the
night, which actually happened last night to the 9 children of Noam
Federman, also from Hebron.

It has been our experience that if the hall is empty, the Bagatz (High Court
of Justice) judges zoom through the case, in order to shift the pesky
settlers out of the courtroom as fast as possible. If there is an audience
however, judges are more likely to be at least a little bit fair to the
settlers they so much hate (Israel's HCJ is informally affiliated with the
far left which is rabidly hostile to both the right and the Orthodox;
settlers are the linchpin of both populations).

So, please try to come. Supreme Court in Jerusalem, Court No. 3 (ulam
gimmel). Wednesday 29 October, 9 AM to 1 PM, if you cannot come for all 4
hours, come for part of the time. Please call Evelyn   0524831905 either
Wed. AM or Tuesday evening, to make sure there is no last minute change.
