*זהירות: בקרוב נתניהו ייסע לארצות הברית!!*

זוכרים את הנסיעה של נתניהו לארה"ב בראשית הקדנציה הקודמת שלו?

היה זה אחרי ביקור מוצלח במצרים, בו נתניהו היה  יחסית "בסדר" מבחינת המחנה
הלאומי (בערך כמו שהוא עכשיו). היה זה גם אחרי אירועי מנהרת הכותל - שסיפקו
לנתניהו את כל ההסברים מדוע להפסיק את אוסלו (כמו עכשיו - שהטילים באשדוד
ואשקלון מספקים את כל ההסברים מדוע לא להקים מדינה פלשתינית).. ובכל זאת –
התוצאה היתה איומה:

* נתניהו הצהיר כי מצא בערפאת "חבר"

* נתניהו ביצע נסיגה עמוקה בחברון -- שהסתיימה בירי פלשתיני לתוך חדרי הילדים
של היהודים בחברון, רצח התינוקת שלהבת פס, והתחזקות חברון כעיר בירה של החמאס
שהוציאה לפועל פיגועים רצחניים רבים, למשל:

* נתניהו הלך במתווה אוסלו, כנגד כל הגיון, וכך ניתנה  לגיטימציה להשתלטות
של שמעון פרס ואנשיו על המערכת הפוליטית בישראל, על חשבון השמאל המתון. שמעון
פרס ודור ההמשך שלו נהנים מתעודת כשרות הזו, עד היום

* "הצבעת ביבי, קיבלת טיבי" --   אחמד טיבי הפך לאחד מבאי משרדו של ראש הממשלה
נתניהו בירושלים. התוצאה: הקצנה של ערביי ישראל. הנה למשל טיבי שנואם, כח"כ
ישראלי, בפני ... פעילי טרור המחופשים למתאבדים:

 בקיצור - יש לנו רק כ-5 שבועות כדי לחזק את נתניהו לפני הביקור שלו בארצות
הברית. הזמן קצר!! בתור התחלה:

יותר אישי - עוד יותר טוב!!)

שמחתי לשמוע את השר אלי ישי, יו"ר ש"ס, פוסל באומץ את הרעיון החמור של מדינה
פלשתינית, כך דווח בווי-נט, גל"צ, מעריב, ערוץ 2, ערוץ 10, הארץ, ועוד.
כל הכבוד שש"ס ובראשם אלי ישי, דואגים לביטחונם של תושבי תל-אביב, גוש דן
וירושלים, כפי שהם הבטיחו לבוחר לפני הבחירות.  אך מדוע חברי סיעת הליכוד לא
עושים את אותו הדבר!! השר ישראל כץ מהליכוד אמנם אמר, כי ממשלת ישראל לא תקבל

ישראל!! -- אבל איפה עוד 26 חברי סיעת ליכוד, שבהם בחרנו?? נעתקה לשונם,

*"סיבוב שערים" - ארוע מיוחד, בירושלים, אחרי שעות העבודה, כדאי לנסות***

*מה זה??* * *ארוע חודשי מעניין ומרגש, להכרת כל השערים בירושלים.*  *מידי חודש
משתתפים בין 1500 ל-5000 משתתפים.

*רקע היסטורי*: סיבוב השערים הוא מנהג עתיק שנזכר במקורות יהודיים רבים, החל
מתקופת הגאונים. המטרה: ביטוי הכיסופים לבנין ירושלים  והר הבית.

*מתי*? מידי חודש, בערב ראש חודש  (למשל ביום ה' הקרוב 23/4  -  ערב ראש חודש
אייר).

*התכנית**: *מקיפים את הר הבית, שירה ריקודים ותפילה מול השערים. יש הפרדה בין
גברים לנשים כמו בבית כנסת היות שמדובר באירוע מסורתי-דתי.

*מפגש ומסלול**: *נפגשים ברחבת הכותל ליד המנהרה בשעה 19:00. יוצאים לכיוון
רחוב הגיא. שער הכותנה. שער הברזל. רח' שער האריות. שער השבטים (דרכו נכנסו
הצנחנים להר הבית במלחמת ששת הימים). שער האריות. דרך העופל. שערי חולדה, ליד
חניון גבעתי. סיום משוער ב – 21:15.

*אבטחה*: האירוע מאושר ומאובטח ע"י משטרת ישראל

*Netanyahu is on his way to the United States -- probably next month (May)**
*

*What happened last time Netanyahu went to the States in the beginning of
his term?* Before the trip, Netanyahu was acting fairly positively -- like
now. The Western Wall Tunnel affair had just happened -- a perfect,
natural reason to stop the Oslo fiasco (just like the rockets on Ashdod and
Ashkelon are, now, a perfect and natural reason for Netanyahu NOT to set up
a Palestinain state). Despite all this, Netanyahu's trip to the States early
in his first term was a terrible disaster. Netanyahu announced that Arafat
was "our friend". He bumbled into the Hebron Accord which quickly
degenerated into Palestinian gunmen shooting into the windows of the Jewish
community of Hebron. Baby Chalhevette was shot in the head and died. And
Hebron was enhanced as a Hamas capital which churned out terror attack after
terror attack, with Hebron-originating suicide bombers slaughtering and
injuring hundreds of Israelis in Haifa, Jerusalem and elsewhere.

*The conclusion?* NOW (these upcoming 5 weeks) is the time for every
responsible person to use his influence to keep Netanyahu away from
dangerous cave-ins this time! First and foremost on the issue of setting up
a Palestinian state a bike-ride away from Jerusalem, Tel-Aviv and Ben-Gurion
airport. To do this it's best to actually CALL the Knesset Members (their
offices). They don't read English language faxes and emails, but they do
listen. Explain in a confident, firm way, in Hebrew or in English, that you
are a (former) American (or Anglo-Saxon) and since you know how things go in
the States, you would like to ask the Knesset Member you are calling, to
please speak up URGENTLY against Palestinian state.

*Calling MKs. *It's is a little scary for some people, but it gets GREAT
results. Speak in Hebrew or English.

DO call back several times if your first calls don't get through for some
reason.

DO say immediately (or leave a message): "I'm calling to ask the Minister/MK
to speak out against Palestinian state. Who should I speak to?" (that way --
even if the office hangs up on you rudely -- your message has gotten
across).

DON'T expect the minister, MK or his staff to be polite. Many of them are
not. But often the aide who is least polite, turns out, a few weeks later,
to have been the most helpful.

DON'T allow yourself to be persuaded, even if you are told something
seemingly persuasive like "The minister is working on the Palestinian state
issue behind the scenes" or "It's not his job". Instead, repeat firmly, "I
hear what you are saying  but I don't agree, I'm afraid. I'd still very much
like to see and hear the Minister making statements in the papers,
television, radio, etc. "

DO be prepared for the question: "Did you vote for me/us?" You might answer,
"I sure did!", or you might say that you WANT to vote for them next time,
but only if they do good things THIS time, and that's why you're calling
them -- to see if they are going to rise to the occasion and if they are
responsive to voters.

DO report on EVERY conversation, however seemingly short and insignificant,

*How do you call an MK or minister? *

Call the Knesset 02-6753333, Monday through Wednesday, from about 9 AM to
about 6 PM, and aks to be put through to whoever you want. Or use Ministry
phone numbers here: http://www.pmo.gov.il/PMO/Government/Offices/.  You may
wish to ask for any of the following:

*Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu* himself.

*Education Minister Gidon Saar*, a very clever man - has the cat got his
tongue?

*Former Education Minister Limor Livnat*.

*Knesset Speaker Ruby Rivlin* who prides himself on being very right-wing
but in the past has occasionally gotten confused as to which side he is on.

*Minister Dr. Benny Begin*, son of the late Prime Minister and a known
opponent of Palestinian state -- but why isn't he speaking up?

*Finance Minister Dr. Yuval Steinitz*, also known to be an opponent of
Palestinian state -- why isn't HE speaking up!

*Former Chief of Staff Minister Bogy Yaelon*, also known to be an opponent
of Palestinian state, surely he can find a convenient microphone somewhere
in the hands of some reporter or other??

*Foreign Minister Avigdor Liberman* -- stress that no American Jews or any
other foreigner is going to be interested in investing in Israel if
Lieberman lets extreme terrorists fire at Ben-Gurion airport (that's what
"Palestinian state" means -- rockets in BG Airport!!)

*Minister Dr. Uzi Landau* -- why aren't we hearing his voice?

*Former US Ambassador Danny Ayalon*, who is promoting Palestinian state
instead of opposing it for some mysterious reason.

*Rabbi Prof. Daniel Hershkowitz* -- Mafdal.

*Don't be afraid to  be authoritative and act like an expert* - after all,
YOU are an Anglo-Saxon, and the MK/minister is not. You might say firmly
that no  you called to bring to their attention what the American Secretary
of State Hilary Clinton has said
