שחר איילון הוא מועמד מוביל למפכ"ל המשטרה.

בקלטת הבאה תשמעו במו אזניכם איך שחר איילון מזמין 1800 שוטרים להרביץ
למתנחלים. הוא אומר: אם יבקשו מכם להזדהות (כדי לנסות להעמידכם לדין על אלימות
לא-צודקת), תגידו "קוראים לי שחר איילון", ואז אני כבר אטפל בזה.

Ayalon recklessly telling hundreds of amused policemen not to bother with
the silly legal requirement to wear name-tags (which allow violent police
officers to be identified and prosecuted).  In other links above (in the
Hebrew section i.e.) you will see examples of the type of police brutality
which has resulted from having officers like Shachar Ayalon on the force,
including spraying pepper spray into the face of a non-resisting student,
 an unprovoked punch in the face, punching and forceably cramming a
protesting journalist into a dangerously overcrowded bus, and more.

to do something about getting this terrible candidate rejected. If you lack
time to formulate your own email, please feel free to use or adapt the
following example - please make sure to write SHACHAR AYALON in the subject
line so it is clear what your email is about:

"Dear Madam or Sir, I hear that a very poor candidate is being proposed to
lead the Israel Police -- Mr. Shachar Ayalon, who has been filmed urging his
laughing men to dispense with name-tags (hence free to be as violent as they
wish). Such a sloppy, callous attitude to the rules of law enforcement
clearly disqualify Ayalon's candidacy. You are a Knesset Member - please be
aware that I EXPECT YOU TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS ISSUE - this is your job,
to ensure that good, not bad, decisions and appointments are made, here in
Israel! Sincerely, (name)
