השבוע התקיימה הצבעה על חוק "בניית יהודה ושומרון" של ח"כים כרמל שאמה (ליכוד)
ואורי אריאל (איחוד לאומי).  החוק נכשל: 5-8, כי בעד החוק הצביעו *רק* אלה: *גלעד
ארדן ויולי אדלשטיין מהליכוד, דני הרשקוביץ מבית יהודי-מפדל, והשר יעקב מרגי
מש"ס – כל הכבוד!!* עוד שר אחד הצביע בעד אבל לא יודעים מיהו, 3 שרים שונים
טוענים שזה הם!! 3 השרים הללו צריכים בפעם הבאה להתבטא בקול ללא פחד לטובת החוק
וכך נדע מיהם.



חבל מאד שלימור לבנת, יובל שטייניץ ו-3 השרים מטעם אביגדור ליברמן נמנעו או
נעדרו.  "שר נעדר" דומה לחייל עריק! וכמובן – הכי מצער היה, לשמוע על השרים בני
בגין, גדעון סער, יעקב נאמן ויוסי פלד שהצטרפו לשרי מפלגת העבודה ואל "שמאלני
הליכוד" מרידור ומיקי איתן  והצביעו נגד וכך הכשילו את החוק היפה.



גם ביום א תצביעו על חוק חשוב מאד: החוק בעניין מאבק במי שמחרים את מדינת ישראל
(הפלשתינים למשל). אנא הצביעו בעד! בכבוד רב, (שם מלא)





*Oops. There was a blooper this week* at the Ministers' Legislation
Committee. Several ministers voted in the wrong direction. Can you please
write to the ministers on this committee? Thank you!

Dear Ministers, it is my understanding that MKs Carmel Shama (Likud) and Uri
Ariel (National Union) proposed a law to facilitate building in Judea and
Samaria. I was delighted to hear that *Ministers Gilad Erdan and Yuli
Edelstein (Likud), Danny Hershkowitz (Nat'l Home-Mafdal) and Yakov Margy
(Shas)* voted for this bill. I understand that 3 different ministers are now
claiming to be the 5th YES vote: Cachlon - Likud, Nahari - Shas, and Landver
(Yisrael Beytenu - Liberman).  I was very disappointed to hear that at least
2 of Avigdor Liberman's ministers, plus Limor Livnat, plus Yuval Steinitz,
did not support this important law. And I was horrified to hear that Benny
Begin, Gidon Saar, Yakov Neeman and Yosi Peled joined the left (Labor,
Meridor, Michael Eitan) in OPPOSING this law and causing its defeat! I am
sure this must have been a one-time glitch and look forward to hearing that
similar laws pass easily in future. For example, this Sunday we look forward
to hearing that you have decided to favor the Elkin law authorizing the
