אני מבין שיש כוונה שוב להרוס  בתי מתנחלים -- כמו בגוש קטיף:

להרוס בתים של מתנחלים  היא, שיש הקפאה ואיסור בניה. לדעתי, אסור לאף מדינה
לאסור על מאות אלפי אנשים לבנות בתים. בגלל זכויות האדם של המתנחלים -- בנייה
מותרת -- והריסת בנייה היא זו שאסורה.

ראוי היה לעתור לבג"צ בעניין זה, אבל, בגלל הנטייה הפרו-פלשתינית החזקה של
שופטי הבג"צ, אין זה מעשי לקבל שם צדק למתנחלים. במקום זאת אנו מוצאים לנכון
להיעזר בכם, הדרג הפוליטי, שרשאי (לפי חוק יסוד: הכנסת וחוק יסוד: הממשלה)
למנוע את הרס הבתים בדיוק כמו שבית משפט היה עושה, אבל זאת באמצעות כלים
פוליטיים במקום כלים משפטיים.

אנא להפעיל *דחוף* מקצת מן הכלים הפוליטיים והתקשורתיים הרבים שעומדים לרשותך
כדי לעצור את גוש קטיף 2. אחד מכם ידרוש פגישה עם ראש הממשלה לצורך קבלת החלטה
שלטונית מטעמו, השני יקפיא חקיקה חדשה שחשובה לשמאל -- עד שההרס ייפסק, השלישי
יעצור תקציבים למגזר מיוחס בשמאל עד ש..., הרביעי יכנס את הנהלת הקואליציה
לקבלת החלטות מועילות, החמישי ייזום החלטת ממשלה או החלטת ועדת שרים או ועדת
כנסת, או ייגש לשטח פיזית לשמור על בתים מסויימים, ועוד ועוד.

A new-old, and worrying, phenomenon has just returned to Judea and Samaria's
horizons: attempts to raze dozens of fully-built homes, as opposed to
occasional shacks. Here's a  Haaretz report -- they have good
pro-Palestinian sources! :

 These
attempts may be successful, and/or become more frequent, in the next FEW
DAYS according to information we have received. Please URGENTLY contact the
MKs and ministers, using the above email addresses. For example:

URGENT: The State of Israel is apparently about to begin knocking down
houses of its own citizens. Here are the details:

.  This is technically "legal" due to Obama's building freeze decree,
however, I feel that totally illegalizing ordinary construction for half a
million persons (500 thousand Jews reside in Jerusalem, Judea and Samaria!)
negates this Jewish population's human rights hence is itself illegal. I
wish this problem could be solved by simply going to Israel's High Court of
Justice, however, it is my understanding that a pro-Palestinian bent on the
part of almost all of  the HCJ's judges make this impractical.

So, my next best solution is for me to turn to Israel's political
authorities (you, in other words!). This is because  Israel's Basic Law:
Government and Basic Law: Knesset give you powers to prevent this new form
of settler-bashing exactly as the High Court could have done, except that
you as a political figure use the political tools at your disposal (such as
government and committee and party decisions, interrogatories, parliamentary
tours in troubled areas, etc.), rather than judicial tools as the court
would have done. Could you possibly use your best political acumen to find
the right political tools to solve this new settler-bashing problem? This
particularly in view of the fact that the poor settlers and their families
and children are not lucky enough to have a realistic legal option in view
of the strong imbalance in Israel's High Court. Many thanks for what I am
sure will be your hard work and success in this matter. I will be pleased to
bring your good work to the attention of others in my family and friends if
you could just let me know what steps you are taking! As you know, a strong
Judea and Samaria are so important to keep Tel-Aviv and Jerusalem safe.
