נתניהו הודיע השבוע בכנסת שיסכים להארכת ההקפאה. מדוע? קצת באשמתנו:
נתניהו סבור שיחסית *מעט* אנשים אידאולוגיים נרשמו להצביע בפריימריז העתידיים
של מפלגתו. ואכן - כולנו הרי מכירים רבים רבים (כמו למשל אנחנו בעצמנו...),
שיכלו להירשם בקלות ולא נרשמו. לכן, נתניהו מעריך, שריו יצביעו איתו -
*בעד*הקפאה. כי כל שר נאבק על ארץ ישראל, רק אם הוא רואה שיהיו
*הרבה* מצביעים אידאולוגיים בפריימריז של המפלגה שלו  - מספיק כדי להכניס את
אותו השר לכנסת הבאה....

לכן: מי שטרם נרשם לקבלת זכות הצבעה בפריימריז של הליכוד - בבקשה, אנא, עשו זאת

It is very sad to report that PM Netanyahu agreed this week to continue the
freeze. He gave certain conditions -- but Netanyahu is not in the habit of
keeping to his own conditions, he says them out of "political politeness" --
to make all of us feel better. Most important is for us to analyze why
Netanyahu did not bother to keep his public commitment to end the freeze.
The reason is: Netanyahu thinks there are not that many Land of Israel
ideological types who are actually registered to vote in his party's
primaries. Therefore, he reasons, his ministers will support his freeze
decision. However, as soon as enough of us are actually registered, the
ministers will NOT support a freeze decision. Ministers fight the good fight
ONLY once they become convinced we can actually get them into the next
Knesset.

So, if we are serious about wanting to prevent our own prime-minister from
caving in and endangering our own families and communities , then YES it is
necessary for each of us to actually  register for the primaries * **

really works, because ministers never stop thinking about who will get them
into the next Knesset -- will it be us folks, or our mirror images
