פרקליטי משרד המשפטים עוסקים בימים אלה במרץ רב, בקידום בג"צ שהם עצם הגישו,
שיפגע פגיעה קשה, נרחבת, בלתי-הפיכה, רטרואקטיבית ובלתי-שיוויונית בהתיישבות
החקלאית ביהודה ושומרון. זהו הבג"צ שהגישו פרקליטי משרד המשפטים:

מלבד הפגיעה בהתיישבות החקלאית, הבג"צ הנ"ל מתייחס לישראל כמדינה "כובשת" שהקשר
היחיד שלה לאדמת המולדת הוא צבאי בלבד. בכך, פרקליטי המדינה בשיתוף עם  שופטי
הבג"צ גורמים למדינה נזק מדיני עצום - בעיתוי אומלל במיוחד כי הפלשתינים הרי
מחפשים הצדקה להקים מדינת טרור ביהודה ושומרון בספטמבר.

שרי הממשלה מסכימים שמדובר בבעיה חסרת תקדים בחומרתה. אך כשהשרים ביקשו
מפרקליטי משרד המשפטים  להפסיק עם הבג"צ הנ"ל, הפרקליטים סירבו.

 נא לסמס לשרים, שבישיבת הממשלה ביום א בבוקר, חייבת להיות גישה אחרת לגמרי.
מדיניות הממשלה הנבחרת חייבת להתבצע ואין להסכים לכך שהפרקליטות מנסה לנהל את
המדינה. השרים מוכרחים *לדרוש* מן הפרקליטים - לא לבקש מהם -- לחדול מהבג"צ
הנ"ל ו*לוודא* שפרקליטים אלה (או אחרים...) אכן יעשו זאת.

The State's senior attornies who have their own very strongly held political
opinions, are working furiously to push forward --in the name of the State
of Israel -- a High Court of Justice petition that they themselves concocted
in 2008. The petition  is believed, by them and by us, to be exceptionally
damaging, retroactively and inequitablly, to the Jewish agriculturalists
(wine-growers and organic farmers)  in Judea and Samaria. See the link
above, in the Hebrew, if you would like to read the State attornies'
ultra-radical petition. Another aim of the attornies' petition is to
officially declare that Israel's presence in Judea and Samaria is merely
that of a military occupation and that Israel has no historic connection to
its own Biblical homeland. This at a time when Palestinians are seeking any
justification to advance their move to set up a new Palestinian terror state
in Judea and Samaria in September, including pushing Israel back to the
pre-Six Day War borders  and splitting Jerusalem!!

It is NOT necessary to explain to the Ministers that such  a petition would
be an absolute disaster - they agree and are aware and that is not the
problem. What IS necessary, and this is the real problem, is to URGENTLY
clarify to the Ministers that they are going to have to be very, very firm
with the State attornies! This past week, the Ministers *asked* the State
attornies to lay aside the petition ("bagatz", in Hebrew). The attornies
said no, and that was that. Please SMS (due to urgency!) the ministers  that
on Sunday morning (when the weekly government meeting is held), this must
change completely and immediately. The ministers must stop ASKING the
attornies to lay the petition aside. They must ORDER the attornies to do so
whether they like it or not, and must VERIFY that the attornies do as they
are told. Simply put, the ministers have to clarify in no uncertain terms,
that the dog is not going to allow the tail to wag it. Any attorney who is
not comfortable carrying out the duly elected Government of Israel's Land of
Israel policies, needs to be shown the door.

Example SMS  to the ministers: *In Sunday AM mtg, u must ORDER, not ask,
attornies to lay aside catastrophic bagatz No. 929608!*

Ministers' cellphone numbers are above. Many thanks for helping create the
right atmosphere, URGENTLY before Sunday morning's cabinet meeting. It is of
course inappropriate to SMS ministers on Shabat or after 11 at night or
before 7:30 in the morning.
