We are all supposed to be enjoying our vacations, but a strategic crisis has
come up. If whoever has an hour to spare contacts the ministers and/or MKs
about this crisis,. that speedy action will make up for the absence of
people similar to yourself who are on vacation. ****

The strategic crisis is as follows: *Crucial negotiations (hidden from the
limelight by the Israeli press) are ongoing NOW, in August, over the idea of
Israel agreeing to give land somewhere in little-Israel to the Palestinians,
so as to “entitle” Israel to keep land in Judea and Samaria. This “swapping”
idea is of course nonsensical and dangerous, since it illogically and
unjustly implies that every inch of land in Judea and Samaria beyond the
old pre-Six-Day-War border automatically “belongs” to the Palestinians.
Even agreeing to such a notion without actually doing it is dangerous since
it creates -- by virtue of Israel’s acquiescence -- Palestinian “rights”
where none exist, hence can be used by the Arab as a basis for even greater
lawfare against Israel. *

*However, sadly, there are indications that Prime Minister Netanyahu, who of
course always said no to this swapping plan which was till now acceptable,
at most, to portions of the discredited Israeli Left, may be weakening. He
therefore needs an IMMEDIATE “injection” of strength from his ministers and
coalition partners! Also, legislation is URGENTLY needed, such that if the
Palestinians try to present themselves in the UN as a “state”, in September,
Israel will immediately neutralize their actions by legally applying Israeli
sovereignty to all Israel-inhabited portions of Judea and Samaria.*****

the ministers and MKs will be persuaded to speak to Mr. Netanyahu and solve
the problem. So, please can you contact the ministers/mk’s. You can simply
send them *the underlined sentences above* and add “*Please can you work to

based on the old pre-67 lines, and that he has not made preparations to
establish “ribonut” (sovereignty) in Yehuda and Shomron if and as necessary.
Can the minister/MK call me after he reads my email/fax*? *Because I think
the minister/MK should be contacting the Prime Minister about this*.”****
