המשטרה ירתה היום כדורי גומי ו.או פלסטיק על מתיישבים בחוות גלעד, יישוב בת 29
משפחות באיזור השומרון שסובל כמו כל היישובים מסירוב ממשלתי לאשר את בניית

תלונה למח"ש: מי הורה לירות *כדורי גומי*

המשטרה נבהלה מתגובת הציבור ומנסה לשכנע אותנו שהיריות מוצדקות. לדבריה,
ה"מתנחלים" השתמשו בדוקרנים וסכינים וכן יידו אבנים. קודם כל, דוקרנים וסכינים
משמשים כדי לנקב גלגלים של מכוניות. הם אינם מסכנים חיים של אף שוטר ולכן אם
מישהו אכן דקר גלגל של מכונית משטרה - אפשר לעצור אותו אך לא לירות עליו. גם
נגד זריקת אבנים יש פתרונות סבירים רבים: זרנוק של מים למשל. שלא לדבר על זה,
שאסור לנו להאמין לגירסת המשטרה שמישהו זרק אבנים עד ש*תוכיח* את דבריה, כי
המשטרה לא טרחה בעבר להיות דוברת אמת לגבי המתנחלים. למשל: *פעמיים*  בעבר
המשטרה פירסמה באמצעי התקשורת -- בארץ ובעולם -- שהמתנחלים "זרקו חומצה על
חיילים ושוטרים" והדברים הוכחו כשקר:

כדורי גומי הם נשק פחות קטלני מנשק צבאי,  אך בהחלט קטלני, במיוחד אם השימוש בו
אינו  נכון, כגון  ירי מטווח קצר (תמונה כאן:

ראש ממשלת ישראל מר בנימין נתניהו הודיע היום בישיבת סיעת הליכוד  "אבדוק את
האירועים בחוות גלעד" - זאת בתגובה ליוזמה של ח"כ עו"ד יריב לוין. נפנה בדחיפות
*לכל* הח"כים והשרים, אין אחד מהם שרשאי לשבת בשקט ביום כזה. חובתם האנושית היא
- להתבטא ולפעול, למען מסקנה ברורה אחת:

           *הציבור אינו בשר-תותחים. יש להדיח מייד את מי שאחראי/ים לירי על
המתנחלים, ולהשבית מייד ולתמיד את כל הנשק שנרכש לשימוש נגד מתנחלים.* .*לא

organs, or death. In a study of 90 patients in Northern Ireland, one died,
17 suffered permanent disabilities or deformities and 41 required hospital

*Police shoot massively at Shomron community: *

To everyone's shock, police today actually shot massively at demonstrators,
including a 75 year old, in the community of Havat Gilad in the Shomron.

 This was not an error on the part of a single errant policeman but a
genuine attack on the local Jewish community, using a large number of rubber
or plastic bullets. At least 15 people were injured by the bullets which
were fired by police coming to demolish some structures which - same old
story - have never been allowed to obtain permits since the builders are
Jews rather than Arabs. The links above, in the Hebrew section, show ample
photographic evidence of close-range shooting of rubber bullets which can
cause death, evidence of gunshots above the waist line, which again can
cause death, first-hand testimony of Adv. Gershon Mesika, Shomron Regional
Council head, of police shooting without any provocation at all on the part
of the attacked settlers, and reports of PM Netanyahu's personal commitment,
given to Knesset Committee Chairman Mr. MK Adv. Yariv Levin, to look into
the matter. You will also see, above, some English-language information
about how rubber and plastic bullets can kill and permanently cripple
people, and finally, some reminders about police's inaccurate accusations of
"settlers" in the past (police reported they had "thrown acid"; however
later follow-up revealed that nothing of the kind ever happened).

Please IMMEDIATELY contact Israel's ministers and MKs, using the email
addresses above. Urge them: Israel's police must not declare civil war on
its own people!

*Ask each and every Knesset Member to publicly and forcefully
insist,  TODAY:*

*    * Whoever was responsible for initiating this budding warfare against
our fellow Israeli citizens in  Havat Gilad must be removed from his post
immediately and permanently; and  *

*    * The new, civil-warfare-against-the-people guns which surfaced for the
first time today, must be taken out of commission immediately. No civil
warfare in Israel! *
