*ח"כים יקרים!!  ביום רביעי  - כולם מצביעים בעד!! ***



מחר יום רביעי 23.2 תהיה הצבעה שמית, להחלת החוק הישראלי על יישובי  יהודה,
שומרון, גוש עציון, בנימין ובקעת הירדן.



ביישובים אלה גרים 330 אלף ישראלים. הגידול השנתי הוא 5.8% - פי 2 מהממוצע
במדינת ישראל - לכן בעוד עשור וחצי יגורו ביישובים *מיליון ישראלים*.

הגיע הזמן להעניק מעמד שווה-זכויות לחלוצים ביהודה ושומרון. כיום, הם משלמים
מיסים, משרתים בצה"ל - ומקבלים רק קיפוח.



לפני 3 שנים נתניהו בכבודו ובעצמו, וכן, בהמשך - 11 (!) שרים, יו"ר הכנסת, יו"ר
הקואליציה, ועוד חברי כנסת רבים  -- חתמו כולם על ההצעה להחיל את החוק על
יישובי יהודה ושומרון.  ביום א' השבוע - הפתעה לא נעימה!!  13 שרים הצביעו
פתאום *נגד*  הצעת החוק של עצמם!  אופס!! (ההצבעה ביום א התקיימה בוועדה - לא
בכנסת עצמה).



אנא אל תהפכו את עורכם - אנא הצביעו ביום רביעי, בכנסת,   *בעד* ההצעה *של
עצמכם* (זה צריך להיות מובן מאליו...איפה ההגיון??)!  אנו ציבור הבוחרים
מצהירים:  ארץ ישראל אינה סמרטוט שמנגבים בו את הרגליים בדרך לממשלה ולכנסת
ואחר-כך זורקים אותו מכל המדרגות!!



*בהצבעה ההיסטורית ביום רביעי יצפו בך אזרחי ישראל*, ובשבת כולם יקראו  בעיתון
- כיצד הצבעת. ושימו לב!! השבוע, האגף השמאלי בקואליציה  (בגין, איתן, מרידור,
ריבלין, סער, סילבן, שאמה ואקוניס) דרש וקיבל חופש הצבעה כדי שלא יצטרכו חלילה
"להצביע נגד עמותות השמאל" -- שלום עכשיו וכו'. *ולהצביע נגד המתנחלים זה כן
בסדר??* יו"ר הקואליציה זאב אלקין חייב לתת חופש הצבעה גם ביום רביעי!  במיוחד
לאור העובדה שרוב חברי הכנסת והשרים חתומים בעצמם על החוק!!

*Dear Knesset Members -- on Wednesday everyone's voting YES!***



On Wednesday there is a great vote coming up - finally, after some decades,
there's a bill to apply Israeli law to the Jewish communities of: Judea,
Samaria, Gush Etzion, Binyamin, and Jordan Valley.



The 330,000 Israelis in these communities have an annual population growth
of double the Israeli national average - so in a decade and a half there
will be 1.5 million Israelis living in the above areas.  These Israelis pay
taxes and serve in the army just like everyone else -- it's about time they
stop being called "settlements" and finally receive full rights under
Israeli law.



3 years ago, Prime Minister Netanyahu, and later, 11 (!!) of his current
ministers, as well as the Knesset's current Chairperson and current Knesset
Majority Chairman, and many  other MKs, all signed this very bill personally
with their own hands. On Sunday - oops! an embarrassing "typical Israeli"
fiasco occurred, when 13 ministers voted unanimously AGAINST their own
bill.  Let's see a little more courage on Wednesday (tomorrow - 23
February), shall we? Let's see all MKs voting IN FAVOR OF their OWN BILL  --
that's clearly the logical and sensible thing to do.



We the voters of and supporters of Israel, hereby declare that our country,
the land of Israel, is not a floor-cloth to be stepped on, on your way into
the Government and Knesset, and forgotten the minute you get there. Your
vote on Wednesday is going to say who you are. By the week-end everyone will
be reading about you -- whether you are a top-quality promise-keeper, or --
we hope there will be nobody in this category -- an unscrupulous
opportunist.



Finally a word about coalition discipline. This week, coalition discipline
was waived in another vote, because some of the liberal MKs felt it was
"unkind" to vote against Peace Now.  Isn't it JUST as unkind (much more so,
in fact!!) to vote against the 330,000 brave Israelis in Judea and Samaria??
We hereby urge each and every one of you MKs to demand and arrange that
Coalition Chairman Zev Elkin again waives coalition discipline and allows
each of you to vote his conscience -- because everybody's conscience, minds
and hearts are saying one thing here: VOTE YES ON WEDNESDAY!!
