דיו רב נשפך על פרקליטות המדינה שהפכה למעוז של אנשי שמאל המשתפים פעולה
עם הבג"צ נגד המתנחלים בנושאים רבים.****

פרקליטות המדינה היא חלק ממשרד המשפטים שבראשו עומד שר מטעם ממשלת הליכוד. לפי
חוק יסוד: הממשלה, אחד מתפקידי השר והממשלה - לשלוט בפרקליטות. הממשלה אמורה
 לדאוג לכך, שהפקידים בפרקליטות לא יציקו למתיישבים אלא ההפך, יקיימו את
מדיניות הממשלה הנבחרת שתומכת בהתיישבות.****

The Praklitut is the Hebrew term for the State Attorney's Office. Over the
years, this office has become a pro-Palestinian stronghold which works
energetically against Judea and Samaria and much less energetically on
everything Israeli society really needs.  ****

To change this, the Likud needs to act like what it really is-- the ruling
party. The Likud must stop being a Praklikud -- in which senior ministers
and even the prime minister himself take their marching orders from shadowy
State Attorney's Office personnel who run a policy approved by no-one.****

So who's running for office this election day - Likud or Praklikud? We will
find out this coming week – when the issue of Ezra House in Hebron comes
up. Please write to the Likud candidates to urge them to fix the Ezra House
problem before they bungle it and disappoint their potential voters. Here's

end of the Hebrew section!)****

Dear Likud candidate list, re: EZRA HOUSE - HEBRON****

As you know, the Jewish community in Hebron exists in very cramped
conditions and, like many areas in Judea and Samaria, urgently needs to
expand. Ezra House is a Jewish-owned building in Hebron which the Jewish
Community seeks to rent. The owner's permission has been given.  Can you
just make sure the State Attorney's office promptly provides the Jewish
community with the necessary approval? ****

If this does not happen, your voters may get the feeling that a party
called Praklikud, not Likud, is running for Knesset, After all, the
question of whether Jews are allowed or not allowed to expand their
community in Hebron, is a political question -- not a legal one! ****

I hope to hear that the Likud has solved this problem. I want to vote for a
problem-*solving* party -- not a problem-*generating* party.****
