*  משבר במגרון **Migron** **in crisis*****

באשר *להסכם בין הממשלה ליישוב מגרון* -- פעילי שמאל בפרקליטות-המדינה, החליטו
שאנשי מגרון צריכים להביע הסכמה שכל המבנים ביישוב שלהם יפונו. למותר לציין
שאף מתנחל לא יביע הסכמה שהיישוב שלו יפונה. במילים אחרות, פרקליטות המדינה
מפוצצת את ההסכם.****

באשר *לחקיקה להסדרת המאחזים* - השרים החליטו, לצערנו, שלא צריך לקדם אותה -
הרי עוד מעט יש הסכם (אבל מסתבר שאין - ראה לעיל).****

באשר *לבג"צ*, בייניש -- שופטת מאד מאד עויינת להתישבות ביהודה ושומרון (כמו
אהרן ברק) -- עוד לא הלכה הביתה והיא רשאית להמשיך לפעול נגד מגרון. ****

באשר *לכוחות הפינוי*, לא אישרו לאלוף פיקוד המרכז היוצא אבי מזרחי לפרוש ב-1
למרץ כפי רצה ומומחי בטחון לא מכירים סיבה מיוחדת לסירוב הזה. זוהי עוד סיבה
לדאגה, כי יתכן שרוצים להפעיל אותו, כאלוף הפורש ממילא, לפינוי  מגרון - במקום
שאלוף הפיקוד החדש יאבד במגרון את כל המוניטין שלו, בעיניי הציבור ובעיני חלק
גדול מחייליו. ****

*שורה תחתונה*: נתניהו טרם הסכים להודיע לבג"צ שמגרון לא יפונה. לכן, צו
הפינוי שנתן הבג"צ נגד מגרון - עלול להיות מופעל  בכל רגע (על אף שכולם
מסכימים שהצו אינו משפטי אלא נובע מסיבות מדיניות בלבד!). כולם מסכימים - אך
אף אחד לא עוצר את הרכבת הדוהרת.****

*מה עושים*: השרים אלי ישי וליברמן חייבים להגן על מגרון. כשנתניהו יציע להם
תקציב או חקיקה בתנאי שהם יפסיקו להגן על מגרון - הם חייבים לסרב. שר ימני לא
אמור למכור יישוב ביהודה ושומרון תמורת כסף או הישג אחר.****

Migron, a community in Benjamin Regional council, is still in danger. See
this evening's Arutz7 update:

Amazing as it may seem to many of us, senior sources have confirmed that
the State Attorney's office indeed is insisting that all homes at Migron
should be razed, which is the opposite of what Minister Begin originally
agreed upon in discussions with Yehuda&Shomron leadership. ****

Destroy all those homes??? But what  if, as expected, the  courts later
rule that the land has no private owner? Well, the State Attorney's
office's answer is -- the ruined homes can be rebuilt all over again --
after the courts rule!  How ridiculous and how horrible that the
long-suffering Migron families and their little children should need to
endure this nonsense -- and may be tossed out onto the rocky hills any
night now! Please immediately contact all ministers. All you need to say
is: *Migron is in trouble - if you are a friend of Migron please help NOW!!
