 מר בועז אלברט, תושב יצהר, קיבל צו גירוש מנהלי מהבית ("צו אלוף" - ללא שום
משפט, ללא כתב אישום, וללא נימוק). מר אלברט סירב לכבד את הצו
הדרקוני, כשהמשמעות היא החלטה לשבת בכלא. מר אלברט  מוסר: "אני לא מבין על מה
המהומה: אני בן 40, עם ילד בגיל גיוס, כיהנתי שנים כחבר מזכירות הישוב. לא
בדיוק הפרופיל של נער היורד בלילות לכפרים עם ספריי וגפרורים. אמש פרצו לביתי
6 שוטרי יס"ם והשתלטו עלי. הצלחתי איכשהו לעדכן ילדה שעברה במקום והיא העבירה
הלאה: כשיצאנו לדרך, ראינו התקהלות נאה של יהודים. גם כשנסענו ליישוב תפוח,
חימם את הלב לראות שני רכבים יהודים עוקבים אחרינו בדאגה. יישר כוח לכולם
ולילדה האמיצה."

בועז שוחרר בינתיים בשל פגם משפטי בצו - אבל בינתיים הוא קיבל צו חדש ולכן הוא
יכול להיעצר שוב בכל רגע. בועז הוא חקלאי, אב לשישה,  פעיל ארץ ישראל עוד
מתקופת גירוש גוש קטיף.

יש לו עבר פלילי? כן - הפרת צו אלוף קודם, שגם אותו סירב לבצע, לפני 7 שנים.
הצו הקודם אסר על בועז לשהות בביתו במשך *שנה שלמה!!*

צווי-אלוף מסוג זה, ופעולות המעצר של המשטרה בעקבותיהם, פוגעים בפרנסה ובחיי
המשפחה של אחינו תושבי יצהר. הצווים "יוצרים" עבירות פליליות יש מאין:
אי-כיבוד צו, אבל מדוע בכלל הוציאו צו כזה?? -- ולכן אינם מתאימים לישראל
הדמוקרטית. אסור שאחינו ביצהר יהיו אזרחים סוג ג. אדרבא, הגיבורים האלה הם
מסוג א-א.

BOAZ -FATHER OF 6

Our friends in Yitzhar are being hassled by military orders which order
them to leave their homes and separate them from their jobs and families
for half a year and even a year at a time -- and by policemen who arrest
them if they refuse. The current victim of this practice is Boaz Albert, a
farmer and father of 6 from Yitzhar. This entire mysterious process is
unacceptable in democratic Israel. It also criminalizes our good people,
because refusing to comply with the military order (which should never have
been issued in the first place) is deemed a criminal offense. Suddenly, a
person (like Boaz) with a completely clean past is turned into a criminal
because he quite properly refuses to be ousted from his home, wife,
children and job for months and months and for no reason!! The entire
situation could have come straight out of Kafka!

What is needed is to clarify to the powers that be that the Jewish
community of Yitzhar, where such events are commonplace, is not alone.
Plenty of folks in Tel-Aviv, Raanana, Haifa and perhaps even New York,
Washington and London regard this harrassment as intolerable and are not
willing to put up with it, vote for it, or support any powerful figures who
engage in it.  So please, forward this email (or a letter you write
yourself) straight to:

Avigdor Liberman since the Minister of Police, Mr. Itzhak Aharonovich, is
his appointee, and to Minister of Defense Mr. Yaalon.

in the Northern Shomron.

This is the first time the government has agreed that we Israelis can go
there since the destruction starting day after Tisha be'Av, 8 years ago.
