תודה רבה לכל מי ש*ניסו* לעצור את מינויו של שי ניצן לפרקליט המדינה.

מדוע כמעט כל השרים אכזבו את הציבור? מדוע רק *שרי הבית היהודי וד"ר עוזי
לנדאו* העזו להצביע נגד הענקת מנוי מסוכן לנציג השמאל שי ניצן?

כי רוב השרים *חוששים שמא שי ניצן יתנקם בהם*, ויגיש נגדם כתב אישום:

למעשה נציב שירות המדינה בכבודו ובעצמו אמר את אותם הדברים ב-2011. הנה תקציר:

"*שר שתלוי ועומד נגדו תיק, או חקירה, או בדיקה, הוא בן-ערובה. הם (הפרקליטות
- מ.ע.) יחזיקו את התיק שלו פתוח שנים. **בינתיים יש הצבעה בנושא שקשור
לפרלקיטות. מה אתה חושב שהשר הזה יצביע, עם הפרקליטות או נגדה??? (השר) תלוי
במוצא פיהם - הוא צריך להיות שמשון הגיבור כדי להצביע נגד עמדת הפרקליטות, ממש
מתאבד שיעי! **ישבתי פעם בוועדה, באו שורה ארוכה של בכירים מהפרקליטות וסיפרו
לנו דברים שמאד הטרידו אותנו -- **על תיקים של שרים ובכירים שמחזיקים פתוחים,
ומושכים זמן, למרות שיודעים שאין כלום. שמעתי את זה מפי הגבורה ממש! ואנחנו
פשוט התפתלנו על הכיסאות כששמענו את זה*."

כעת ניתן להבין את הבדיחה הישנה לפיה *ארגון השמאל הגדול ביותר במדינה* אינו *שלום
עכשיו* -- אלא *פרקליטות המדינה*. (לפעמים שני הארגונים אפילו מתלכדים - ערן
שנדר היה *גם* פרקליט המדינה *וגם* ממייסדי שלום עכשיו

אל מול השוט שמניפים אנשי פרקליטות המדינה על השרים, יש בעצם רק כח נגדי אחד
שהוא חזק יותר - *קולות בפריימריז*. *כל* השרי הליכוד אכזבו, ולכן, הכח הנגדי
שהציבור מסוגל להפעיל נגד שרי הליכוד חייב *לגדול*. במלים אחרות, דרוש ציבור *יותר
גדול* המחזיק בזכות הצבעה בפריימריז של הליכוד. אז גם שרי הליכוד
הפחות-אידאולוגיים, יסכימו להיות *"שמשון הגיבור" -- כמו שרי הבית היהודי
ועוזי לנדאו*.

אנא אם כן, אם טרם התפקדתם, הירשמ/י *היום* לזכות הצבעה בפריימריז של הליכוד, ו.או

 Many thanks to those who TRIED to prevent Shai Nitzan from becoming
Israel's new State Prosecutor. The move was not successful

the Likud ministers dared vote against Shai Nitzan such that his
appointment gained an easy majority  in Cabinet.

ministers dare not vote against Nitzan - they are afraid that Nitzan will
harrass them by filing criminal indictments against them for purported

Maariv interview with Shmuel Hollander, former Israeli Cabinet Secretary
and Legal Advisor to the Prime Minister’s Office during the Rabin era.
 Hollander  similarly
states that he personally heard State Prosecutor Office personnel saying
that they keep criminal proceedings against ministers going for years
although they know perfectly well that there is no truth in the accusations
against the ministers. Hollander explained that under those conditions, no
minister would dare to vote against the State Prosecutor Office's positions
in cabinet meetings unless he is "as brave as Sampson".

The overwhelming power which the State Prosecutor's Office appears
to  wield over the Government of Israel's ministers is particularly
problematic because the State Prosecutor's Office is considered affiliated
with the anti-settlement left. For example:
        a. Eran Shendar, State Prosecutor from 2004 - 2007, was one of the
founders of Peace Now

Office, later ran for Knesset within Israel's most pro-Palestinian

        d. Many State Prosecutors (3 of the 4 State Prosecutors who served
from the 70's to 2004) later served in the Bagatz (High Court of Justice),
considered a stronghold of Israel's pro-Palestinian left.

The State Prosecutor's hold over the duly elected Government of Israel is a
"chicken and egg" problem: Israel's politicians will not restrain the State
Prosecutor's Office while the Office still holds power over them; but the
State Prosecutor's Office (Praklitut haMedina) will continue to hold that
power until the politicians restrain it. There is only antidote we are
aware of for this Catch-22 situation: that  as many Israeli voters as
possible obtain voting rights for use in upcoming Likud primaries. These
voters will  then be in a position to provide powerful political support to
those few politicians who are "as brave as Sampson" and dare stand up to,
or vote against, the State Prosecutor's Office. To obtain voting rights in
future Likud primaries simply Google for Likud or contact us!! (
