קפקא צריך היה לכתוב על זה...
נא להכיר את משפחת דויטש, חקלאים בדרום הר חברון, דור שני לחקלאות
הישראלית. כל פרנסתם -  מהמשק החקלאי שלהם.
המינהל האזרחי (יחידה במשרד הבטחון בראשות בוגי יעלון) הודיע שבעוד ימים
ספורים, עד סוף אוקטובר, הם יהרסו את כל המשק החקלאי של המשפחה.

מדוע? -- הסיפור מתחיל ב 2010:
1. ארגון שמאל בשם "רבנים שומרי משפט" הביא ערבי מהכפר יאטה וטענו בשמו שהשטח
של משפחת דויטש -- שייך לו.
ארגון השמאל לא פנה לבית משפט רגיל ששומע ראיות - כי אז יכול היה השמאל חלילה
להפסיד. במקום זאת, ארגון השמאל פנה ישר לבג"צ.

2. הבג"צ לא דרש מארגון השמאל לגשת לבית משפט רגיל ולהגיש ראיות להוכחת הבעלות
הנטענת של אותו ערבי מיאטה.
הבג"צ פשוט ביקש את "תגובת" פרקליטות המדינה. כי בגוף הממשלתי הזה - ידוע
לשופטי הבג"צ - יושבים לא פחות אנשי שמאל מאשר יושבים בבג"צ עצמו.

3. פרקליטות המדינה התנדבה, והתחייבה בפני בג"צ, שהיא תהרוס את המשק החקלאי של
משפחת דויטש.

4. מה?? אמרה לעצמה משפחת דויטש ועתרה לבג"ץ בעצמה: מה פתאום המדינה מתנדבת
להרוס את המשק שלנו, על סמך אילו ראיות או הוכחות??

5. באופן לא מפתיע, בג"ץ דחה את העתירה של משפחת דויטש. (אותו בג"צ שמנע הריסת
צריפים שמהם לאחר זמן קצר ירו למוות בטלי חטואל ו-4 בנותיה - אותו בג"צ שאישר
את גירוש 10,000 יהודי גוש קטיף אך מחה על גירוש קומץ בני משפחה תומכים של
מחבלים - אותו בג"צ שמונע ממדינת ישראל למנוע הסתננות מאפריקה על אף מצבם
הנורא של עניי דרום-תל-אביב).

6. מ-2010 ועד היום, אינספור אישי ציבור עמלים להציל את מטה לחמם של משפחת
דויטש. לשווא.
היועץ המשפטי של משרד הבטחון בראשות בוגי יעלון, מר דורון בן ברק, עדין מתעקש
להרוס את כל המשק -- בימים אלה. עד סוף החודש.
זה עיוות דין מטורף, והשר האחראי  הוא *בוגי "קפקא" יעלון*.

Bogy "Kafka" Yaalon

Kafka would have loved this: Meet the Deutsch family, second generation
farmers from Drom Har Hebron. The Civil Administration (part of Bogy
Yaalon's Defense Ministry) has warned the Deutsch's at their  hothouses
will be destroyed by the end of the month (a couple of days away). What?
Why? Here's the story, step by step:

a. Some years ago, a pro-Palestinian organization called "Rabanim Shomrei
Mishpat" came out with an accusation that the Deutsch's land was owned by
an Arab from Yatta (Arab village in the region).

b. The organization did *not* take the Deutsch family to an ordinary court
of law. That would have been a mistake on their part because it would have
given the Deutsch family an easy opportunity to prove legally that the
accusation was false.
Instead, the organization filed a Bagatz (petition before Israel's "HIgh
Court of Justice" - HCJ) which, without hearing evidence ("not our job"),
turned to the Israel's State Attorney's Office asking for their take on the
situation. The State Attorney's Office is an agency which -- like the HCJ
itself  and like the Civil Administration (see below) --  is normally
affiliated with a pro-Palestinian viewpoint just as the USA's State
Department is normally affiliated with a pro-Arab viewpoint.

c. The State Attorney's Office obligingly responded to the HCJ that it
would remove the Deutsch family from their property.

d. Naturally, the shocked Deutsch family hastened to petition the  HCJ
themselves - why were they to be evicted without the pro-Palestinian
organization being required to prove its allegations?? The High Court of
Justice rejected the Deutsch family petition. After all, did the State
Attorney's Office explicitly say that the land WASN'T the Deutsch's or that
the Deutsch's were at fault? If not -  what basis then for a petition?

e. And so, the Deutsch family is about to lose their livelihood, within the
next few days, by orders from an obliging (to the Palestinian cause)  Civil
Administration official who is taking the State Attorney's position very
seriously indeed. No-one knows why all this is happening.

We recommend that concerned citizens and friends of Israel abroad contact
Bogy Yaalon, the minister responsible for the Civil Administration, and
urge him to put a stop to this tragic Kafkaesque charade. Example SMS or
email: *MINISTER YAALON, KAFKA COULD WRITE A BOOK ABOUT YOU AND THE DEUTSCH
FAMILY - PLS STOP THE INJUSTICE!*
