The Likud has a special last-minute procedure called “code 99” which allows you to re-join IMMEDIATELY and vote for Eretz-Yisrael-oriented candidates in the primaries that are immediately upon us.

if you see 
חידוש ההתפקדות לליכוד 
then quickly fill in the form and you will be able to vote IMMEDIATELY in the primaries.
If you see 
ברוך הבא לטופס ההתפקדות לליכוד 
then fill in the form anyhow, so you will be able to vote starting from the upcoming primaries in 2-3-4 years (but NOT in the primaries immediately upon us in the next month or so).
