*דחוף: היום אפשר להוסיף שופטים לעליון שאינם אנשי שמאל*


*היום* (יום א) בשעה 13:00: דיון באפשרות להוסיף שופטים חדשים, *לא-שמאלנים*,
לבית המשפט העליון.

נימוק: כיום, כמעט כל השופטים הם אנשי שמאל ושמאל קיצוני.

לכן, למשל, הבג"צ  לא התערב בגירוש 9000 יהודי גוש קטיף - אבל כן התערב כשמערכת
הבטחון רצתה לגרש קומץ בני משפחה של מחבלים.

לכן גם, הבג"צ כל הזמן מפריע לצה"ל - למשל לפני כמה ימים בעניין פתיחת כביש 443
לפלשתינים על אף החשש לפיגועי ירי.

הדיון על הצעת החוק להוסיף שופטים לא-שמאלנים לעליון יתקיים ביום ראשון *הזה*  3
ינואר בשעה  13:00. הדיון יתקיים בועדת השרים לענייני חקיקה.

ישתתפו השרים הבאים שמתלבטים מה להצביע:  יעקב נאמן.  יובל שטייניץ, לימור
לבנת,  יוסי פלד, וכן שני נציגים של השר אלי ישי מש"ס.

בנוסף - ישתתפו שרים נוספים שלשמחתנו כבר הודיעו שהם יצביעו בעד.

 TODAY (Sunday 3 Jan, 1 PM - 1300 oclock) - important ministerial meeting
about adding new judges, who are NOT left-wing, to the Supreme Court. Every
single judge on today's Supreme Court, other than 1 - 2 of those just
appointed, is left or extreme left in orientation. This is why the Supreme
Court did not intervene in the decision to banish 9000 Gush Katif Jews (Jews
only), but DID intervene in the decision to banish a couple of terrorist
family members. This is also why the Supreme Court is constantly interfering
in even the most basic security decisions.
