ההקפאה עוברת כל גבול – ועוד על גבם של ילדים.

השבוע התברר שבניגוד לכל ההבטחות, גם של ראש הממשלה עצמו, וגם של שר החינוך,
משרד הביטחון לא יאשר יותר בניית כיתות וגנים ביהודה ושומרון.

הודעה חמורה זו, נמסרה בכנסת ע"י גורם מוסמך ביותר – יועץ משפטי של משרד

לא נסכים לאפלייה נגד ילדי יהודה ושומרון. וגם לא לזלזול של הממשלה
בהבטחותיה-שלה לציבור. נפנה לשר החינוך גדעון סער, שאמור להיות גם איש ארץ
ישראל + בודאי אמור להגן על זכויות הילד. נדרוש (במילים שלנו) משר החינוך: השר:
נא לוודא קיום מלא של ההבטחה לבנות מוסדות לימוד ביו"ש - הבטחה שאתה עצמך, וגם
ראש הממשלה, נתתם לציבור!

OUT OF CONTROL

It's been promised so many times -- the building freeze against Yehuda and
Shomron will NOT apply to schools, which will continue to be built as usual.
Both Prime Minister Netanyahu and Education Minister Gidon Saar have
promised this to the public.



But this week it turns out that Mr. Barak has no intention of approving
construction of schools. This was discovered by  Knesset Members who heard
it from a legal advisor of Defense Minister Barak. Here's background:

colleague, Mr. Barak, in hand, which he is well able to do. For example (or
use your own words):

*"Dear Mr. Minister, promises must be kept, and kids, even in Yehuda
v'Shomron, must have schools!!"***
