כולנו נשמנו לרווחה. דווח בעיתונות, על משיכת בג"צ עיבוד וחזקה. תזכורת:

להגדיל.  הממשלה ומשרד המשפטים הסכימו על ביטול המסמך החמור, שהיה שריד מתקופת
אולמרט. מסמך, שבו מדינת ישראל מכנה את עצמה בתואר "מעצמה כובשת". יופי! אמרנו.
בכל זאת יש הבדל בין ממשלת נתניהו לבין ממשלת אולמרט! כל הכבוד!



*לצערנו הרב, מסתבר שהכל מאד לא בסדר!! *

המסמך לא בוטל! (מקור ראשון, 13.5.2011, עמוד 13). פקידי משרד המשפטים, אשר
מלמלו אז לשרי הממשלה משהו על ביטול "הדדי" של המסמך, דורשים שהביטול ה"הדדי"
יהיה כך: כולם יסכימו רשמית לכל מה שכתוב בבג"צ, ורק אז - הבג"צ יבוטל. כלומר
-פטנט ייחודי של משרד המשפטים: בג"צ-בלי-להגיש-את-הבג"צ.



המצב השלטוני שלנו הוא נורא. פקידי משרד המשפטים עם דיעה אישית
פרו-פלשתינית-קיצונית, מחליטים במקום הממשלה ופועלים במקום הממשלה, בנושא מדיני
כל כך קריטי. והימים עוברים, ועוד מעט השבועות, ובכירי הממשלה עדיין לא מוצאים
את הכח לעצור בעד הפקידים!!



נא העבר את המייל הזה שאת/ה קורא/ת כעת (או מכתב אישי שלך) אל:

יעלון והמזכיר צביקה האוזר ישאו באחריות המוטלת עליהם ויעשו בדחיפות את מה
שצריך*!



נעביר את המייל גם:          ליו"ר הקואליציה *זאב אלקין, במטרה להודות לו
(וגם *ליו"ר ועדת חוקה חוק ומשפט ח"כ *דוד רותם)*,*  על פועלם
המצויין.*בינתיים הח"כים אלקין ורותם הם האור בקצה המנהרה.

עם זאת, כדאי כמובן שהנ"ל יוציאו אותנו סופית מן המנהרה (ידאגו להשלים את המהלך
המצויין שהם החלו  - עד לביטול מוחלט של הבג"צ הנורא).

שהרי *לא נהוג להודות* *למי ש**כמעט** הצליח* אלא רק למי שהולך באומץ *עד
הסוף*- ולכן, נוחל הצלחה גדולה!!

This is the most bizarre story of Israeli governmental affairs that has ever
been reported here.



Last month, Makor Rishon newspaper's front page (Hebrew - click twice to
enlarge: http://mattotarim1.blogspot.com/2011/05/2942011.html)  reported
that a relic from the Olmert era had died a blessed death. The
soon-to-be-defunct relic was a particularly odious petition to the High
Court of Justice, which the State of Israel had  absurdly filed against
itself (!) in 2008. The Olmert government being what it was, its petition
against itself basically sought to officially brand itself (and all of us)
as "occupiers" of Yehuda and Shomron, thereby verifying all the worst things
that pro-Palestinian radicals had been saying about Israel for decades.



However, as above, last month it seemed that all was finally well. The
existence of the petition was discovered just in time, and the Netanyahu
government ministers had managed to come to an agreement with the strongly
pro-Palestinian staff in the Ministry of Justice, to withdraw the petition,
Makor Rishon said.



*It now turns out that all is NOT well.* To the contrary. Agreement
notwithstanding, the senior staff at the Ministry of Justice are adamantly
refusing to withdraw the damaging petition, despite the protestations of the
duly elected  Netanyahu government ministers who have explained that the
petition is diametrically opposite to the policies that the Netanyahu
government was elected to pursue. This Kafkaeque situation can be compared
to the situation of a couple who want to divorce and then change their mind
-- only to hear from their legal representatives that they are "not allowed"
to terminate their own divorce proceeding.



Who can solve this problem? Strategic Affairs Minister Bogy-Moshe Yaalon and
Cabinet Secretary Zvi Hauser. If wayward staff at the Ministry of Justice
refuse to do  as they are told on such cardinal matters, it is Yaalon and
Hauser who can and absolutely must implement the Government of Israel's
rudimentary right and solemn obligation to run its own affairs.



Kindly email Mr. Yaalon and Mr. Hauser, at
myaalon at knesset.gov.il;memshala at pmo.gov.il respectively. You can either
write a personal letter of your own, or forward this entire email to them,
preferably entitled something like: "*Block Justice Ministry's move to force
OlmertBagatz re J & S on Israel!*"  (Bagatz = Hebrew for High Court of
Justice petition; J & S = Judea & Samaria). You can also telephone Mr.
Yaalon at his office: 02-6773777. (Ask the receptionist if the Minister can
please call you back about the Olmert Bagatz). If he calls back, tell him
about this email, add information, if any, that you have from other sources,
and ask the Minister to explain what is going on because it sounds extremely
worrying to you. Please immediately inform us at mattot.arim at gmail.com re
anything that Mr. Yaalon may say to you.
