*מה מטרותינו בבחירות?*****

*א. הזזת קולות מהשמאל לליכוד***

רוב מועמדי *הליכוד *הינם בעלי דיעות לאומיות. לכן, צריך לנסות להעביר
קולות*ממפלגות השמאל לליכוד
*. כל אחד מאיתנו מכיר אנשים שעלולים להצביע למפלגות שמאל בעיקר מתוך
חוסר-ידע. ****

נא לדבר איתם על האפשרות להצביע לליכוד (או - לפי בחירתם - "בית יהודי" או
"עוצמה לישראל" שפועלת בנושא עובדים זרים וכו').   ****

*ב. קריטי: הבית היהודי - יצירת מפלגה גדולה, ימינה מנתניהו ***

דרושים עוד קולות רבים* לבית היהודי של נפתלי בנט ואורי אריאל* - כדי שהם
יקבלו משרדי ממשלה בעלי השפעה, בקואליציה. ****

למשל: בבחירות הקודמות, לליברמן היו 15 מנדטים והוא קבל: שר החוץ, סגן שר
החוץ, שר המשטרה, יו"ר ועדת חוקה חוק ומשפט, ומועמד מוסכם לשר המשפטים. ****

כיום לפי הסקרים,  הבית היהודי שווה כ-11 מנדטים

צריך לשאוף שיעלו מ-11 מנדטים ל-15 מנדטים. אפשר "לחפש מנדטים" גם בקרב הציבור
החילוני ("הבית היהודי" קיבל 13 "מנדטים" בתיכון בליך החילוני)****

*ג. שכפ"צ - מפלגה ימנית אחת גם באופוזיציה ("עוצמה":***

 *עוצמה לישראל* בייסודו של פרופ' אריה אלדד וד"ר מיכאל בן-ארי יכולה וצריכה
לעבור את אחוז החסימה:       ****

חשוב מאד שמפלגת אופוזיציה ימנית תיכנס לכנסת, מכמה סיבות: ****

א. *למנוע טענות* ש"אסור" להכניס את הבית היהודי לממשלה כי זוהי המפלגה הימנית
ביותר ולכן היא "קיצונית"****

ב.  *לא להפקיר וועדות שלטוניות*: מפלגה לאומית באופוזיציה תקבל מינוים בועדות
חשובות השמורים לנציגי האופוזיציה, במקום להפקירם בידי השמאל. למשל - נציג
האופוזיציה בוועדה למנוי שופטים. ****

ג. *שמירת הסטנדרטים* האמיתיים של המחנה הלאומי - לא רק "מה שנתניהו מסכים"****

ד. * גלגל הצלה* - כשיש סיבוך פרלמנטרי, המפלגה שבאופוזיציה מצביעה בעד הממשלה
– וגובה, תמורה להצבעתה,  איזשהו קידום של ענייני ארץ ישראל****

ה. *מנדט אחד נוסף למחנה הלאומי*-  יש מצביעים אשר כלל לא היו מגיעים  לקלפיות
אם "עוצמה לישראל" לא הייתה מתמודדת לכנסת.****



*כיצד משפיעים?* ****

לשאול כל מיני אנשים שאתה מכיר או פוגש, "איך חשבת להצביע בבחירות?" ****

לנסות לחזק את הצבעתם. ואם מסתבר שכוונתם ממילא להצביע לימין, לבקש *שגם הם*,
כמוך, ישפיעו לטובה על אלה ש*הם* מכירים ופוגשים.  ****

*Election time – what are our goals?*

*a. MOVE VOTES FROM LEFT TO LIKUD:***

Most Likud candidates have pro-Israel views. So, we need to move votes from
the left, pro-Palestinian parties - to the *Likud*.For example, Yair Lapid
is a 2-stater who supported disengagement because the settlers "should be
taught a lesson in humility" (?):

Palestinians:

*b. NEW LARGISH PARTY TO THE RIGHT OF THE LIKUD***

Naftali Bennet and Uri Ariel's "Jewish Home" party has already reached
about 11 mandates in various polls

This is a significant number which will create genuine political influence,
especially if the party grows further from 11 mandates to 15. For example,
Liberman's party had 15 mandates in the last Knesset and received the
following vastly influential positions as a result: Foreign Minister,
Deputy Foreign Minister, Minister of Police, and Chairman of the
Legislation Committee in Knesset, plus an agreed upon ally for Minister of
Justice. ****

So, suggest "*Bayit Yehudi*" to your friends. ****

*c. RIGHT-WING PRESENCE IN OPPOSITION TOO***

MK Professor Aryeh Eldad and MK Dr. Michael Ben-Ari have set up the *Otzma
leYisrael* party which will enter Knesset as an opposition party, if it
earns at least 2 Knesset seats. It would be very bad to have only Left
-- pro-Palestinian and Arab -- parties in the opposition. First, the
opposition deserves slots in crucial committees and if the National Camp
has an opposition party, that party can grab some of these. In the last
Knesset for example, MK Uri Ariel managed to grab the opposition seat in
the crucial Judges' Selection Committee, from under the nose of a left-wing
opposition MK. Also, if the Otzma party fails to enter Knesset, Jewish Home
can suddenly find itself labelled "extreme right" in the press and turned
away from the government. Finally, the Otzma party gives the National Camp
at least 1 additional mandate-- due to voters who are so disgusted by the
mainstream parties that without Otzma, they would simply not vote at all. **

Less than 6 weeks till election day (Tuesday 22 Jan) – so NOW is the time
to talk to your acquaintances and even people you see in the supermarket
and on the bus and ask who they are voting for. Many people are open to
suggestion IF APPROACHED NOW. Explain the importance of the National Camp
parties -- whichever one seems to best suit the person you are talking to.

or overcome as you go about this -- others can learn from you  -- or can
give you advice. ****

Who should you focus your efforts on?  People who tend to be happy to hear
a well-informed suggestion such as: women, olim, 18 – 21 year olds who have
never voted before (start with your own children and grandchildren), plus
people who do not read newspapers or news-sites and senior citizens. ****
