בבית עזרא בחברון. האם לצד ההתחייבות הנ"ל נתניהו *לפחות* יוסיף התחייבות
להשכיר את הבית לישוב היהודי בחברון - כפי שעולה מפסק הדין של ועדת העררים

*re: more deportations of Jews – this time in Hebron?*

*About the commitment Netanyahu intends to give to deport more Jews from a
Hebron (Jewish owned) home: It is my understanding that the legal opinion
of the Ararim Committee on the issue, cited in previous court documents,
does NOT support Netanyahu's strange decision. The Committee indicated (a)
that the house was owned by the Ezra family (who want to rent the house to
the Jewish Community of Hebron); (b) that "by all accounts" the house
cannot be rented to Palestinians for security reasons; and (c) that the
house cannot remain empty because this is not a reasonable way to treat
property. The conclusion from (a), (b), (c) and also from simple common
sense (that the house should be rented to the Jews who want to rent it and
have permission to do so) is obvious to everyone – why not to Mr.
Netanyahu? We need to see the Likud influencing Mr. Netanyahu here –
otherwise no-one is going to want to vote Likud. Thanks for using YOUR
